As the homeowners were building their dream house, they knew the kitchen would be the heart of their home, so they chose a beautiful hood as the focal point in their kitchen. This is a custom designed hood made of cherry wood with a stain and glaze finish, complete with touch latches on the beaded inset panels to access storage and the hood’s internal blower. The T-shaped island maximizes functionality near the cooktop while also including seating behind the bookcase for casual family meals.
