Board and Batten White Kitchen

In this new build guest house kitchen, the homeowners continued the board and batten theme throughout the house into the kitchen.  The custom hood features board and batten work with a custom reclaimed walnut wood band at the bottom, while the reclaimed walnut wood shelves flanking the windows add warmth, contrast and texture to the space.  Can you find where the pinball machine is hiding?  If you were to open the inconspicuous doors to the left of the refrigerator, you would find it waiting to be played!  To the left of that is a Murphy bed that can be pulled out and used without bumping into the kitchen island or the family room couch.  The white paint, warm wood accents and soft grey tones are carried throughout the space to unify it and reflect the casual and friendly personalities of the homeowners.  Airbnb anyone?
