About This Project

This South-facing kitchen was too hot and the layout did not work for this family of four.  Our solution: wall off the uppermost window and the sliding door, move the sliding door to the East wall, square off the usable kitchen space and vastly increase the counter and storage space.  Added bonus: seating for 4 at the island!
